Semi-permanent make-up is a procedure in which carefully applied pigments, made of pure inorganic minerals, are placed into the dermal layer of the skin, creating natural-looking enhancements. You can have perfectly-shaped eyebrows, smudge-proof eyeliner or corrective lip liner, which will last up to 5 years.

diathermy / advanced electrolysis

Broken capillaries appear as wavy red lines (thread veins), red spots, or as red spots with thin red lines radiating from them (spider veins). They may appear on face, body or legs and can be treated by diathermy. This procedure can also treat milia (whiteheads) and raised skin tags.
A minute current is applied just underneath the skin surface by tapping a very fine needle along the affected area, cauterising the blood vessel.
The skin is blanched and the red colour disappears, the blood being reabsorbed by the body. The area may feel a little hot a few minutes later. Lotion is applied to the skin to cool it and to promote the healing process.
A facial treatment takes about 15 - 20 minutes. Typically, 2-4 treatments may be required, but after one treatment there will be a noticeable difference. Appointments are made at 2-3 week intervals.
Legs usually require several treatments at 5-6 week intervals.
